He was very polite and apologized because the unit he brought to replace my broken one (new in box) was faulty and he came back the very next morning with a new unit. I have known On Trac Garage Door Company for years and I have been very satisfied with their service. A few years ago, they installed my garage doors, motor, tracs, etc. and I have called them over the years to perform maintenance service as well as referred them to my neighbors, family and friends. This time there was an intermittent issue with the garage door wall keypad. They also performed regular maintenance services on both doors. Trevor was the assigned tech; he was here within the agreed time, provided good customer service and did a great job. He explained the work in detail and discussed the cost upfront. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the loose wire connection for the keypad, solved the intermittent issue and preformed the necessary maintenance service on all doors. As always, they did a good job, and they are a great garage door company.

The entire experience with On Trac Garage Door Company was excellent. From the consultation with Scott all the way down to the original install work with Fabian. A couple of the panels had some manufacturing defects that On Trac took care of immediately. They allowed me to upgrade to the tinted windows because of this which was a huge benefit for us. Jose then came out to replace the panels and the install the upgraded hardware kit and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything at the end of the job. I found the customer service with On Trac to be some of the best I’ve encountered with any company.

We had an issue with our garage remote and the MyQ app linked due to the previous owner’s account. James from OnTrac customer service was very kind and quickly scheduled a technician for the next day. The technician Cisco arrived on time and did an amazing job. He listened carefully, worked patiently, and never gave up until everything was fixed. My On Trac garage door was installed in January 2019 but I didn't open/close the door very often because I had a truck that was too big for the garage. I now have a SUV that fits in the garage and, being that I'm Deaf, I decided that since I can't hear the motor and track wheels, I had better have the garage door checked out to make sure it is functioning properly. Jose Hernandez was my technician and he checked everything, applied lube and grease, tightened bolts, and added an extra support brace for the motor. I watched Jose work and he took the time to show me his materials and explain what he was doing. Jose made sure to speak clearly for me to lipread him, writing down a word or two when necessary. For next year's maintenance I'm going to request Jose!

Had a phenomenal experience with Ian. He came out and adjusted the garage track perfectly so there is no thumping when opening the door. He also replaced the wheels to longer pins to protect the garage door from yanking the shorter pins out… which then would’ve led to a very expensive fix of damaging my car. It’s good to know that Ian knows exactly what he’s doing. Def request him for help!!! Pricing was also very good hear too.

Darren was our hero of the day. He was able to install this very small golf cart door that was part of an existing garage from the 1960s. there were a lot of issues that came up because of the construction that happened before the installation. But he was able to maneuver and make it work…. it was about 110° and he worked all through the day and checked in with Jose who had originally viewed the space and gave us the estimate for the Door. and knew about the preconstruction. Everything worked out beautifully. I knew I was in good hands when I hired On Trac garage doors.. When we first bought the house, we used On Trac to install the double door in 2021. I found them through Costco and we got the Costco discount….. I highly recommend On Trac and would only use them again in the future. I am their number one fan!

The whole process from the initial consultation to the installation went smoothly. My old garage doors were over 30 years old, no longer opened and closed and the wood was falling off. Wow. This company and Mike are second to none. From the first day I met Mike at his shop, I was wholly impressed. He knows garage doors, both functionally and stylistically. Just love our new garage door. Best part of all is that we can have 3 different styles of windows now. Insulation and quiet glide wheels to complete the project. Definitely recommend OnTrac Garage door.

All the time it took to make the many decisions to order the garage door feels worth it right now. On Trac installers Darren & Miguel were friendly and very professional. There was an issue with a spring but with some extra time it was completely satisfactorily resolved. I am completely thrilled with my garage door and highly recommend On Trac. Darren was our hero of the day. He was able to install this very small golf cart door that was part of an existing garage from the 1960s. there were a lot of issues that came up because of the construction that happened before the installation. But he was able to maneuver and make it work…. it was about 110° and he worked all through the day and checked in with Jose who had originally viewed the space and gave us the estimate for the Door. and knew about the preconstruction. Everything worked out beautifully. I knew I was in good hands when I hired On Trac garage doors.. When we first bought the house, we used On Trac to install the double door in 2021. I found them through Costco and we got the Costco discount….. I highly recommend On Trac and would only use them again in the future. I am their number one fan!

I had an adjustment to my garage door. It wasn’t closing, the seal needed to be replaced and both cables were frayed and needed changing. I really like working with On Trac. They are all highly skilled and professional people who pay attention to detail. I highly recommend Jose.

The whole process from the initial consultation to the installation went smoothly. My old garage doors were over 30 years old, no longer opened and closed and the wood was falling off. It was an eyesore, and time to be replaced. I went through Costco. On Trac is a preferred vendor so I trusted I would receive a competitive price. These guys were great. Kyle was especially helpful and quick about installing the garage door opener on a large RV size door. When he recommended new trac wheels, it was a no brainer to say yes. I would highly recommend that you use them for you garage door problems.

I had a great experience with On Trac. I used them to install a new garage door opener. Their prices are competitive with other similar companies. The communication before installation was excellent - they even gave me a heads up when Trevor, the technician, was on his way. Trevor showed up right on time, worked efficiently and was very pleasant. When everything was installed, he explained all of the functions to me and didn't rush. I would definitely recommend On Trac.

My installers were terrific. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very very good at it. They completely picked the whole work area when completed and hauled it away. Wow. This company and Mike are second to none. From the first day I met Mike at his shop, I was wholly impressed. He knows garage doors, both functionally and stylistically. He came to my home and helped to make sure that my choice worked best with my house and decor. He was patient throughout the entire process. Installation of the doors went without a hitch. Clean up after installation had my garage looking better than before he installed the doors! Mike has earned more than five stars but that's all I can give him!
